Halloween has just passed, and possibly because I have been enjoying my yummy Halloween Oreo cookies (hello Target clearance) I still have Halloween on the brain. Something that has always been a bit spooky to me is a vacant house.

Have you ever walked in a vacant home? Seems a kind of eerie, a little creepy, like someone may jump out of a closet when you open it? Granted I hope your home isn’t as decrepit as the one pictured, but if it is ummm…there is hope? 🙂

This is definitely NOT the impression you want to make to your buyers. You want your house to look like their home. It is hard for most people to visualize how, if and what furniture can fit into a room. Don’t leave the work to your buyer!
